Welcome to SysProbe. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SysProbe ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application.
SysProbe is a local diagnostic, hardware monitoring, and device analysis utility. All analysis, sensor tests, performance benchmarks, and diagnostic diagnostics are performed locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, store on remote servers, or sell your personal data, diagnostic metrics, files, or media.
To perform accurate system diagnostics and hardware tests, SysProbe requires access to certain device features. Here is why each permission is requested:
CAMERA): Required strictly to perform camera sensor testing, flash/torch diagnostics, and camera specification checks. No photos or video recordings are saved or transmitted.RECORD_AUDIO): Required strictly to test audio input levels and microphone hardware functionality. No audio recordings are saved or transmitted.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to perform system storage analytics, file benchmark tests, and disk usage inspection. File contents are analyzed locally and never collected.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Required to show real-time memory (RAM) usage, running processes, and app usage diagnostics.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Used to test Bluetooth hardware capabilities and scan nearby devices for signal strength diagnostics.USE_BIOMETRIC): Used exclusively to test fingerprint or face recognition sensor hardware responsiveness. Biometric credentials are handled securely by Android OS and are never accessed by the app.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Used to render the real-time floating diagnostic monitor widget over other apps.FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Used to keep the floating system monitor and guardian diagnostic service running continuously when requested by the user.NFC): Used strictly to test NFC reader hardware availability.INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE): Used for latency tests (ping), Wi-Fi signal diagnostics, and online connectivity testing.If you purchase a Pro license or subscription, transactions are processed securely directly by Google Play Billing. SysProbe does not handle, collect, or store your credit card, bank details, or payment credentials.

Since your diagnostic data remains on your physical device, your data security is tied directly to your device's security settings. We strongly recommend setting a secure device passcode or biometric lock.
SysProbe does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The application is a general system utility suitable for all audiences.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Effective Date".
